About AstroHand
AstroHand is a premium, AI-powered Vedic astrology platform built and operated by AstroHand Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Khunti, Jharkhand, India. We combine the depth of classical Jyotish — the traditional Vedic science of astrology — with modern astronomical computation and artificial intelligence, to make authentic Vedic astrology accessible, honest, and genuinely useful to people everywhere.
Our Mission
Vedic astrology is a five-thousand-year-old tradition of extraordinary depth. Yet much of what people encounter today is either vague entertainment or, worse, fear-based content designed to sell expensive "solutions." We built AstroHand to be different: an astrology platform grounded in real astronomy and intellectual honesty. Every chart, nakshatra, dasha, and dosha on AstroHand is computed from actual planetary positions using established astronomical formulae and the widely accepted Lahiri Ayanamsa — never guessed from your date alone, and never fabricated.
Where a calculation is an approximation, we say so. Where astrology offers guidance rather than certainty, we say that too. We believe astrology earns trust only when it respects both the tradition and the truth.

Our Team
AstroHand was founded by Nitish Kumar, our Chief Executive Officer and a practising Vedic astrology practitioner, and Kumar Gaurav, our Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer. Our editorial content is written and reviewed by the AstroHand Editorial Team in consultation with our astrology practitioners, combining traditional scriptural knowledge with careful, accurate computation. Nitish's grounding in classical Jyotish shapes the authenticity of our readings, while our technical team ensures every calculation reflects the real sky.
Our Commitment to Honesty
We hold ourselves to a simple principle: we never fabricate data. If a tool needs your birth details to give a meaningful result, it asks for them rather than inventing an answer. We are transparent about the limits of astrology and clear that our readings are for guidance, reflection, and self-understanding — not guaranteed predictions of the future. We do not use fear to sell, and we do not promise outcomes that no honest astrologer can promise.
